I think it's pretty harmful to be attributing to an entire group of people, something that you noticed one time. There actually is space to just allow the data to tell the story. Imagining that as primarily being about the way that people participate in the labor force is another example of a problematic way of thinking about human value. I mean, there's some legitimacy to the idea that a lot of people moved around in the way of an earth shattering social order upending pandemic started to think differently about their priorities. That's certainly true.
