Open Source Intelligence

In some ways it is very different to traditional journalism. Traditional journalism is all about building human sources. Open source intelligence, a kind of journalism, in the sense that everything is effectively a proof statement. You don't need to trust the journalist. There's nothing that's hidden. Everything is in the open. It seems like a great tool for this.
