Aristotle's Ethics

You've devoted a lot of time to studying Aristotle's ethics. What do you think he got right there? Which aspects of his philosophy would you like to jettison? The description of this position that I've been giving is meant to be a sympathetic one. I don't want to jettisons him but really to correct him on certain points and maybe I could just pick two things.
