What Makes Good Therapy?

What makes good therapy is the therapist who helps her client to have more self compassion. Even if they don't like due exercises, what you're trying to do is get the cliento help the client be more healthy outside of the office. Which is really self compassion. And so that is naturally what therapists do. But when it's explicit, so the therapist helps the client do it explicitly, then it makes it even more portable.
