Liza: I love hearing a social worker talk about theory. Mtoi loves how eloquently pad mani is able to articulate exact what the theory underpending this staff wellness programm is. So it's about post dramatic growth, but it's to me like i just felt my head explode off my shoulders. Uwas thinking such a different model, like it's countercultural to the psychological model that some other people might have taken,. Yes, where they would have seen it as atromae. You respond by pathologizing people's actions to it. But she's taken not just a post dromatic growth model, but also a community action model.
