How Do You Prepare for Stress?

I like the taste of coffee, so there's no problem there. What about exercise? How does that, a lot of people talk about the extreme stress that chest puts in your body physically and mentally? Is it just through playing chess or do you do cardio and any of that kind of stuff? This is going to be up and down. As I said in 2013, I was in great shape. Generally, I was exercising doing sports every day, either playing football or tennis or even other sports. Otherwise, if I couldn't do that, I would try and take my bike for a ride.
