This notion presumes that teachers themselves recognize social inequities and their causes, aka critical race theory or the other critical theories of identity. So you can recruit the kind of kids who're going to go up to become the Marxist who are going to become the teachers, generational war. By the way, there's all that we must bring critical Marxism into education if we're actually going to have culturally relevant pedagogy. It is part and parcel. Don't let them lie to you.
