Do you have a really demonstrated drive to achieve, which is like some sort of shorthand for ambition? Are you willing to challenge the status quo? Can you show in everything you've done, big or more like, we're totally agnostic about what opportunities people might have had to express that ambition? Do you understand what people want and can back it up with real-world examples? Is there any evidence of challenging the states q, taking the unstructured path? There are lots of other functional skills as well. I was none of those things, by the way. But i think what skill do you bring to the table? Super important. Again, not surprising, but important. And
