How to Find the Right Load for Achilles Tendonopothy?
If pain is a primary problem, you should be able to find an isometric load that helps her. Seaded calf raisers are a really good way in these people to get a load through the achilles and the calf without the body weight. If she can't do double leg, then drop back into a seated calf raise. But she's got to load it all the time, every single day. She has to have some sort of load through that. I would look at what isometric loads were able to change her pan. It might take quite a few treatments to work out the loads that are good for this lady or not.
