How Much Bird Watchers Are There in the United States?

i'm not a birde but i know a lot abouta things, but don't know much about birds. I didn't find any research on the relationship between bird watching and car crashes. But that doesn't mean that birds aren't causing a lot of car crashes acros the united states. There are forty five million bird watchers in the us.
