The Roller Page House Price Survey
The price appreciation we saw during the pandemic, yes, we gave back some of that during 2022 in this 12 month correction. But prices remain well above what they were pre-pandemic. And here's the crazy thing. We just yesterday released the Roller Page House price survey, which Roller Page has been doing for 60 years used by the Bank of Canada and RBC. So it's a critical piece of economic data in Canada. And what it showed was the correction ended. In the call it March of 2020.
