Moving Away From the Black Dot

When I do workshops, which I haven't done for a while because of COVID, I use a visual analogy and for our listeners, I'll try to describe it for people watching on YouTube. You know, the dot is smaller than a dime and the white sheet is very big. And what I do is I put my eyeball right on that little black dot. And then I say, Oh my God, the world's going to crap. The way around it is to move back, say, Okay, what's that little dot? Appearing in my mind. It's appearing in myself. What is all that experiences? Ah, it's awareness. Mm hmm.
