The European Commission has been working on the issue of both terrorist content, but even more broadly illegal content and intermediary liability questions. There are three different key bodies that are involved in any piece of legislation going forward. The council of the EU sort of representing all of the different member states has put forward kind of their opinion with some tweaks around the edges. And then there are a few efforts to somewhat narrow the scope of the definition of terrorist content.
