The Ivy Lee Method at Tacklebox
Focusing on opportunities over problems is counterintuitive, so we have a process for it at Tacklebox. It's a remix on the Ivy Lee method I first heard about in a James Clear article. At the end of each workday, write down the six most important things you need to accomplish tomorrow. Do not write down more than six tasks. Second prioritize those six items in the list of their true importance.
