The Importance of Posture

Joel: Posture, when people usually speak about posture, it's they don't appreciate the self-organization of the brain. And if you're telling people to focus on posture and holding their feet or their knees or hips in a certain way, then it means you haven't done your exercise as well enough because the brain actually hasn't taken that. So I like that concept more than I think we tend to idealize things. We could expand that conversation out into sprinting mechanics.
