David Frum: I think that any discussion of gold, at least from the way I'm looking at it, is really about what what are the risks? And if you don't understand the risks, then you start thinking is to what are the ways to ameliorate those risks. He says we've been in a very specific timeframe over the past 30, 40 years when interest rates have gone from 20% or 19%, 18% down to virtually zero. The U.S. has doubled its borrowing rate and there's no debt problem, he says.
