The Salatans have this really amazing thing called the Racken House. It's a rabbit chicken house. They feed rabbits basically kind of like lawn clippings and then the rabbits eat the lawn clipings, the rabbits poop those out,. And Joel's son made the case that like at the end of every cul-de-sac in America, if you had one person that their job was to be like the rabbit chicken person.
