As far as I can tell, it's just like the city council. They might call it something different because it's the UK and they can't do anything normal. Those assholes. Why can't they copy us? Yes. But in terms of them arguing against whether or not it is more climate efficient, I mean, sitting and idling in traffic is less climate efficient than driving at highway speed. That's why cars get better miles per gallon on the highway than they do in a city council. It's not going to be in town because it hasn't happened yet. These people are just arguing for their commute. And they don't actually know what the impact on pollution is going
