i am totally sympathetic with the idea that the bearer of all risk should not be the end user in in these systems. But i am very sceptical that there are clear mechanisms to get this done. So my guesses a're going to back into it because in soffer there's deliberately no liabilities. That was he decision we made. But as sorferer moves into things, those things already have liabilities. This ar ready liability rules about cars, about consumer goods, about appliances and medical devices. The fda is already paying attention to this,. Everybody is.
