Habakkuk, we understand his name. Now to give a historical setting like Nahum, we have to do some investigative work to find out when Habakkuk is written. The Chaldeans here is a reference to the Neo-Babylonians who are going to come and take over stewardship of what we would call the Holy Land from the Assyrians. They're going to destroy Nineveh in 612. So you can see the natural flow from Nahum to HabakKuk.
