Fano: Decolonization must be a global effort, even with and among the people of Europe. This isn't about combating Europe; it's about working with Europe in order to correct Europe's violence. He makes an interesting distinction between working class people and everyone else in colonized settings. These workers who are like conductors, trains, taxi drivers, miners, dockers, nurses, these are the bourgeois fraction of the colonized people.
