It's funny you mention the magical re org, because a lot of our industry tries to magically reorg itself every six months. A good example of this is when i was going in to get up, i gaed went coming in from some outside people who are close to the company. And it was like, to what end? Like, what are they building the i do not know. Just sems lik ther over staft like, o ks, we have not started with the end in mind on any concept.
