Is There a Log Jam in the Supply Chain?

The current estimate is it's going to take at least a year, or probably a year, to work through the current log jam and the global supply chanes. As they pay more to hire people, those end op demanding more. The cycle can actually go the wrong direction, where you have an inflationary spike that persists. It's not necessarily great for economic growth if you can't produce the stuff.
