You Now, It's a Life's Work

When i look everything for me is like, it's a growth opportunity. I was looking at this idea o flow, and the way that i like to describe it,. If your resources meet your challenges, then you can kind of be in that flow state. And some of it's like getting out of our own, our own stories. Yea, something's got to bump up their plate or take something off their plate. It can just be a really helpful way, both for you individually, but also for your team members. You know what i mean by not taking things personally? That's one of those paradoxes. Yes.
