Baking With Dori - Brioche Chocolate Chip Cookies
When I listed all the recipes in this book for baking with Dori, I realized that I had played favorites. So I decided to make those a separate section and to call them my sweethearts. It was so much fun to finally come out loud and say I love these recipes. Brioche is a beautiful dough. It's beautiful to make as you watch it change as you're working it. You never am I allowed to admit I've never made a bop before.
