The Cornice Cross Chicken Is Not Just Genetically Cultured
The chicken breast for most of the chicken that people have eaten in a cornice cross is made up of all this like non digestible fiber, basically. It's not actually like digestible protein. And it's just because we've been messing with these chickens like they're genetically cultured. The energy input to raise the animals versus what you get a nutrition is so awful and inefficient. But I think my hypothesis is that if I can figure out ways where if the chicken is two pounds, but costs $50, but is 10 times more nutritious as a $20 chicken that's four pounds, will people pay more for that? I hope so.
