Do You Have a Cross Functional Team?

The trick with us is that we are a web development company, but we're a development company. The designs are given to us. We don't have a need for that side of it. But we do have people who specialize in servers versus front in code,. And definitely those two can compliment each other. It's possible for those team members to switch rollst they wouldn't be as good at it, but they can work on those opposite sides.
