In heat stroke, it is less likely to be effective than it is for hypothermic injury. The coldest person that ever lived was their qor temperatures and skied upside down into a cool water with an icy watefall flowing over them - they were found one hour later. In studies on healthy volunteers in point five and up ice baths can take you from probably ten minutes to half an hour. Anya: Rarely is this going to happen within an hour if we don't have anything else to fix it.
