Autism Speaks is an organization that focuses on helping people with autism into the workforce. MBX CEO and founder of Autism Speaks, Michael Saffo talks about how companies can get involved to help those who are struggling in their careers. He says there's still a lot of awareness internally within organizations but it needs to be more widely spread.
