A lot of people in this business are very hesitant to change right. We're not selling into Fortune 500 companies right it's a very relationship driven business and for me I think you know similar to many people my age we kind of really wanted to get to what we identify or call as the hair on fire problemright where it's like what do they really need? And ultimately we realize that they don't necessarily need help finding artists in fact a lot of them get flooded with hundreds if not thousands of like DJs comedians or bands wanted to play at their space. It's more about how can we identify the right fit right the right artist to put in that space that match their vibe their brand right
