Hydrogen is oftentimes talked about as a fuel for the hard to abate space. We're still not even close to replacing the hydrogen that we use today, the carbon intensive hydrogen. Current fossil fuel-based hydrogen emits about eight to 900 million tons of carbon emissions a year. So can we incentivize hydrogen to go into the areas where it's going to make the largest emissions impact? Is a big question.
