Last night, my friend beth and i went out to get dinner at a restaurant in a nice area. When we got outside, we sprinted to her car because it was parked kind of far from the restaurant and we were cold. The parking lot is mostly empty at this point, but there was a light colored suv with dark tinted windows parked two or three spots down from beth's driver's side door. They're now flashing their high beams and making a weird whistling noise. I've no clue what it was, buti it wasn't like a human whistling. It sounded like a prerecorded noise.
