The Importance of Investing in Asia
In Asia, I think what I learned is that if you can tackle the mass market and provide tools that would able more people to be productive or entertain them. And then they actually did our go upstream. It serviced the higher end users with value-app services because they have so many users already. That's something that's counterintuitive than what we know in the US. In the US, you start with Uber Black before you have Uber in the Uber comfort. Those two are very different models. So figuring out where to apply what is makes my job so much more fun.
