The TFA's Attitude as a Nonprofit
Teach for America could be great if it was utilized properly. Just because someone has a degree in mathematics doesn't mean they can teach a math class. TFA founder Wendy Cops spoke on a Seattle radio station saying that people often misunderstand the function of TFA where a leadership development organization, not a teaching organization.
