Do You Have Any Rules for Estimating a Project?
For things that I'm very comfortable in, I tend to leave those at a very high level. The areas where I personally perceive more risk or more uncertainty, those I tend to decompose into smaller tasks. For me, it's all about what I see as the risk rather than like making estimates for myself and for my clients.
