Hwang: World Finance Corporation was run by former CIA-trained Cuban exiles. It was a front for like a massive cocaine laundering, like cocaine running and money laundering operation. After this, Hwang moves to a bank in Memphis called Union Planters Bank. He allegedly meets James Riotti, who is Mokta Riotti's son. But kind of going back and looking at this, I'm starting to kind of doubt that story.
