Carl Icon's Company, Icon Enterprises, Plunging Today After the Company Cut Its Dividend in Half

Carl Icon's company has been battling with a short seller. Hindenburg Research accused Icon of using, quote, a Ponzi-like structure to pay dividends. The evidence is that they have to retrench when you pay a dividend; it gets treated differently for tax purposes.
