What's the Constraint?
When you are looking for the constraint, oftentimes it's not what appears to be te constraint. The only place we're to start is with top management, with leadership workshops. And then a little bit about o ks, or a better way of helping us understand that system. So i like the idea three corps foundational patterns and the ones you talked about were unity of purpose, community of trust and inspired leadership.
