There's no evidence of a blood ravens or crows at the tournament. It would have been noteworthy if there was one, but it's not noteworthy that there isn't. You think maybe it was his spy network revealed it, but maybe it was just his magic revealed it to him. Like he might be wise enough, unlike a lot of other people with visions to properly investigate. He tries to figure out what these visions make rather than like make these huge speculations up.
