Think about expensive products you've ordered on line or even in person. Nothing is free, ok? For example, if i were to buy a piece of art, a painting, that costs maybe 300 thousand dollars, shipping is not going to be free. So it's all relative to the byer. There's no cut and clear answer. Ha, free shipping works. No. Free shipping is a better move. When we charged a flat rate for shipping, we actually made money on shipping because we had negotiated great with our shipping providers,. An i actually made money when i was charging 20 dollars for shipping.
