Cognitive behavioral therapy is based on cognitive behavioral theory which kind of gives us this like so there's a triangle there's something called a cognitive triangle. So the fact that it's a triangle implies that if you change one area all of the other areas will change as well. There's a transactional model and nothing occurs in a vacuum.
