Meditation - The Source of Forgiveness

When you are doing a practice such as breathing, there are three phases. There's the phase where you are with the breath and then bringing yourself back to your breathing. The second phase is where you notice that you got lost. So this develops an internal landscape of gentleness and compassion. This is the ground, or the source of developing forgiveness. And basically, our mind is unconsciously addicted to those habits so meditation is the best way to reduce addiction.
