Is the Mercy of God Limited to Angels?

There'are a couple of theological dimensions to this that are relevant. It depends on, you could make an argument it also depends on arther and other exterrestrials. And here we're talking about intelligent beings, i assume, not microbes on mars and eof although i think there are microbes on mars.
