When I was a fitness instructor, that human beings naturally produce an experience that pain will last forever. It's like the self-imposed deadline that you're giving yourself isn't serving you. If you know how this story is going to end, then what else matters? We know how it's going to end. Instead of dialing up and down the results, you're dialing time.
