The other thing I would add here as a limitation is that no knock against the anesthesiology residents. But you know, we're talking about people who are still learning how to do intubations. First attempt success has been shown in other studies to affect mortality and morbidity. And so getting that sat into that 98, 99, 900 range is really important prior to intubation because it buys us more time for our attempt.
