How to Build a Group for an Engineering Company

There's this thing called a small business administration learning in the US, very favorable for people trying to come in and like management buy-ins. We unfortunately don't have such an option in the UK. The objective is to end up with somewhere between five and ten in a group. And businesses between one million and ten million in revenue is what we've said,. But realistically, I'd say, two million to six million is probably the absolute sweet spot.
