He says there's something like video game addiction where you're flowing within the game and it actually undermines your capacity to flow elsewhere. In Tai Chi Quan what he was doing in graduate school was transferring it was percolating through his psyche and permeating through his life, but with games they don't do this. And so people are misled by their experience which is not fraudulable as some have claimed.
