Is There a Way to Rewrite the Standard Library?

Robwd: It's easy to answer this once we land generics, right? There's a lot of stuff that we would write differently if we had generics. A lot of the built in functions would be just a generic function. Saime: I don't like a p is where you run a loop and then you have to check whether the loop exited because i'm in error.
