The Stocks Experience as an Exit Strategy
The stocks experience is in many ways impracticable as an exit strategy. Unless there's a wholesale buy out, so i don't look at stock as the destination for a venture back emerging growth company. And there's y i mean, this is one of my curiosities, if not kind of concerns, scepticisms, around an exite community. A lot of the ventures we're talking about are so highly capitalized that it's neither appropriate, nor even beneficial to think about liquidating existing investors into a democratically managed or multi state holder managed entity. You could topple an otherwise well functionin well managed business.
