Building Arobic Capacity - The Opposite of Deficiency

Arobic deficiency syndrum typically just basically means that your arobic capacity is deficient. For many people, period, spending time in their easy, true, easy effort zone means there may be run walk involved. And that's completely ok. As a coach, i do not care how fast you go. I only care that we are spending the right time in the right easy zone. That's it. If you are trying to run anything longer, then, let's say, a three k, definitely five k and over arobiccapacity building is your friend. How does this all come back to run walk?
